General Return Conditions

Return Period

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. After this period, returns will no longer be accepted unless the product has a significant defect covered under warranty.

Product Condition

- The container must be returned in its original condition, with no modifications or damages incurred after delivery.
- Modified or customized containers are not eligible for return, unless the issue stems from an error or defect on our part.

Proof of Purchase

A proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) is required to initiate a return.

Return Process

Contact Us
Before returning any product, you must contact our customer service team by phone or email to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Arrange Transportation
- The return shipment must be organized by the buyer unless the return is due to an error on our part or a product defect.
- Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless stated otherwise.
Container Inspection
Once the container is returned to our facility, it will be inspected by our team to confirm its condition and compliance with the return policy.
Approval and Refund
- If the return is approved, the refund will be processed within 10 to 15 business days after the inspection.
- Refunds will be issued using the same payment method as the original purchase.

Refund Policy

Full Refund
A full refund will be issued if:
- The container has a confirmed major defect.
- We shipped the wrong product.
Partial Refund
A partial refund may apply if:
- The container is returned with minor signs of use or unreported damages.
- Reconditioning or repair costs are required.

Non-Returnable Products

Containers that have been modified or damaged after delivery.

Containers sold “as is” with a “Non-Returnable” label.

Customized or specially modified containers.
